I liked your picture collage about what writing is. I had similar ones, including the aim window. It shows how at present, writing is much more than for school. We type to our friends, which creates a much more casual writing environment. I also liked your picture of the person taking the picture. I tried to think about what you meant by this. I came up with the fact that writing can allow us to describe things. We can write down what we see, and create a written snapshot, much like a picture. Am I way off here? Either way, I think it works.
For the picture, I was more thinking "A picture is worth a thousand words". I just feel like a picture can express so much without the author/photographer/whatever you want to call it verbalizing anything at all.
